We are a collective of like minded people that share a common goal: bring back the original spirit of yoga and use yoga as a tool for healing and transformation. We believe that yoga is a science, an art, a lifestyle, a philosophy and we strive to share what we love with the students.

Pablo - founder & head trainer

Pablo has been related to movement, body mechanics, alignment and body-mind connection since a very early age. He is an international yoga teacher, a professional musician and a Rolfing Structural Integration Therapist. He is a Certified Advanced Rolfer ® by the European Rolfing Association ERA, has a major in music from the Arts University of Cuba and has trained in yoga with very influential yoga teachers of different styles. He also has fitness and martial arts background.


Pablo helps his clients improve their movements and performance and helps with chronic injuries, pain, scoliosis, sciatica, etc. Pablo has been teaching yoga internationally for more than 15 years, training yoga teachers since 2004 and teaches anatomy for teacher trainings in different countries. His wide yoga experience and studies in other disciplines took him to develop the Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa (TAV) yoga system and teachers training.


He lives in Shanghai where he works for The Clinic International as a Rolfing Therapist, Yoga and wellness trainer and also teaches yoga classes and teacher trainings at My Soul Yoga Studio. Check www.rolfbody.com

Tatiana Arias - trainer

Tatiana comes from Colombia and strives to live her life in accordance with the guiding principles of yoga. She is E-RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for 9 years, and has taught in various places around Colombia, France and Belgium.

Her classes are focused in the aware exploration of alignment and power inherent of Asanas, a way to experience the glory and peace of our natural awareness.Her practice and teachings are rooted with the traditional Hatha yoga combined by the intelligence and understanding that modern yoga and the anatomy sciencebrighten the practice.


 A Bhakti Yogi at heart, she loves chanting devotional tunes, mantras, with her ukulele as part of the practice in her classes.

Fela Adebiyi - trainer

Fela is an ERYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher from London now based in Shanghai. He has trained in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and Himalayan Meditation traditions and has been teaching classes, holding yoga retreats and teacher trainings in Europe and in Asia for more than ten years. 

Fela is an inspirational teacher who incorporates both the physical and mystical aspects in his practice of yoga. His classes integrate dynamic vinyasa, yoga therapy, linking movement with breath with precise alignment, meditation, visualization, in order to create an inner journey towards healing and empowerment. They range from gentle restorative to strong vinyasa, with the emphasis on enjoyment while maintaining a meditative mind, regardless of the level or pace of practice.

Fela is also a talented freelance photographer has contributed in different projects around the world. Currently he is working on Urban Yoga - a photographic journey that brings the ancient science of yoga to our contemporary environment.

Diana Lai - trainer

Diana Lai is a qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance RYT 500,  E-RYT 200 and YACEP. She has been teaching yoga for over 11 years and has trained in traditional Hatha, Asana Alignment, Asthanga Vinyasa. Diana is also a Lululemon Ambassador in China. She has assisted world renowned teacher such as Laruga Glaser, Tymi Howard, Duncan Wong and also has been invited to collaborate in the Bali Spirit Yoga Festival.

She has a passion for learning and enlightening her life, she loves to share what she has learned, passing on her knowledge to others with love and compassion.


Diana feels happiness when practicing and teaching yoga, inspiring her students to grow both practically and philosophically and helping them to release their tensions and find balance while practicing yoga.
